Godrej Industries Ltd announced ratings actions and an intimation under Regulations 30 and 51 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, concerning its Commercial Paper Programme, Non-Convertible Debenture Programme, Non-Convertible Debentures, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and Commercial Paper Programme.
