Bank of Baroda announced several key financial figures and rating actions, disclosing net advances of Rs 1,395,727 crore and total deposits of Rs 1,648,487 crore as of specific dates, alongside a net profit of Rs 1,278 crore for Q1FY27. CARE Ratings reaffirmed its ratings on the bank's infrastructure bonds totaling 10,000.00, Tier II bonds amounting to 2,000.00 and 500.00, and certificate of deposits totaling 1,10,000.00, along with a CARE A1+ rating for certificates of deposit, while withdrawing ratings on certain Upper Tier II and Tier II bonds; CareEdge Ratings withdrew the rating for Tier -II Bond (ISIN: INE077A08098) due to bond redemption. The bank also settled an out-of-court dispute with NMC Health PLC for US$600 million (~Rs 5,700 crore), provisioning Rs 5,680 crore towards this settlement, and reported a provision coverage ratio of 76.66% as of March 31, 2026.
