Atal Realtech Limited has withdrawn a planned rights issue to raise up to Rs 1,600 lakhs through the issuance of equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each, following a board decision on October 6, 2026, initially approved on August 17, 2026; the company confirmed no letter of offer was issued, no rights entitlements were distributed, and no application monies were received, thus impacting no investors or shareholders. The board cited unfavorable market conditions and business considerations for the withdrawal, requesting the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited to treat the draft letter of offer as withdrawn and close the application for the issue.
