India Ratings and Research affirmed the IND AA+ / Stable rating on Rs 17,520 crore of Basel III Tier II Bonds and Infrastructure Bonds, as well as reaffirmed the rating on bonds and Tier 2 Debt; they also affirmed ratings on Infrastructure bonds, Basel III Tier 2 debt, and Non-convertible debentures (INE092T08014, 2.00% WO January 2026, INE092T08EZ3, February 2032, and INE092T08FA3, February 2032). CareEdge Ratings reaffirmed the CARE AA+ / Stable rating on long-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 692.38 crore and long-term debt instruments of Rs 248.10 crore, while CARE Ratings Ltd reaffirmed the CARE AA+; Stable rating on long-term bank facilities of Rs 692.38 crore and long-term instruments of Rs 248.10 crore, and withdrew ratings on several Non-convertible Debentures (INE688I08053, INE688I08178, INE688I08186, and INE688I08087) and Borrowings -Secured Long-Term Borrowings.
