GIC Housing Finance Ltd announced the receipt of credit ratings from CRISIL Ltd. on September 18, 2026, pertaining to its Long Term Bank Facility aggregating to Rs. 8100 crs, Short Term Bank Facility aggregating to Rs. 1000 crs, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crs, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 430 crs (reduced from Rs. 1030 Crs), NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crs, and Commercial Paper aggregating to Rs. 1500 crs; CRISIL Ltd. has re-affirmed the ratings of AA+ (Stable) for the Long Term Bank Facility, AA+ (Stable) for NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crs, and AA+ (Stable) for NCDs aggregating to Rs. 430 crs, while also re-affirming A1+ for the Short Term Bank Facility and Commercial Paper aggregating to Rs. 1500 crs, with a new limit enhancement assigned to NCDs aggregating to Rs. 500 crs, and all ratings were verified on September 18, 2026, with no outlook assigned to the Short Term Bank Facility and Commercial Paper.
