Balaji Amines Ltd announced the withdrawal of credit ratings assigned to its bank loan facilities by India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) following the receipt of No Dues Certificates from all bankers and a withdrawal request submitted by the company, reflecting its current lack of outstanding bank exposure. Specifically, Ind-Ra has withdrawn the 'WD IND AA'/Negative/IND A1+ rating for the bank loan facilities, previously assigned on September 22, 2023, and the 'WD' Issuer Rating for the long-term, both previously affirmed on June 13, 2025, and initially assigned on March 14, 2024, covering rated limits of INR 1,950 million for bank loan facilities with a Long-term/Short-term rating.
