GMR Airports Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has assigned ratings of “CARE AA-; Stable” and Crisil Ratings Limited has assigned ratings of “Crisil AA-; Stable” for the proposed issuance of Non-Convertible Bonds up to INR 1,500 crores, intended for refinancing existing Non-Convertible Bonds. Furthermore, Crisil Ratings Limited has upgraded its ratings from “Crisil A+; Stable” to “Crisil AA-; Stable” for Non-Convertible Bonds already issued by the Company amounting up to INR 5,900 crores (originally assessed and now upgraded for NCDs of up to INR 6,000 crore), with copies of the letters from both CARE Ratings Limited and Crisil Ratings Limited available on the company website.
