The orders, comprising Rs 1.81 Crore (PO-4500111258) and Rs 7.88 Crore (PO-4500111257), are for 17 transformers to be used in EV charging station development projects, with deliveries scheduled between October 31, 2026, and March 31, 2027. The contracts include payment via irrevocable 60-day Usance Letter of Credit and are subject to a warranty period of 60 months from commissioning.
