Anupam Rasayan India Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited and Crisil continue to assign ratings to its various debt instruments, all under a 'Watch Developing Implications' framework. These include Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 1620 crore, Short Term Rating, and Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 160 crore, all carrying a Crisil A+/Watch Developing rating. The rating agencies also maintain ratings on a wide array of other instruments, encompassing Fund-Based Facilities, Non-Fund Based Limits, External Commercial Borrowings, Term Loans, and Non-Convertible Debentures, with amounts ranging from Rs. 5.01 to Rs. 1588.0, and ratings from A1 to A+/Watch Developing, with Crisil noting that the rating watch will be resolved once funding and approvals are clear, while also highlighting potential upgrades based on improved liquidity and prudent working capital management, and potential downgrades contingent on declining revenue and operating margins.
