Initial public issue of up to 38,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 116 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 96 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 45.1 crores ("Issue /Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,94,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.26 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
