Initial public offering of 88,23,530* equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 68 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 58 per equity share) (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 60.00 crores ("Issue"). The issue shall constitute 26.10% of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. * Subject to finalisation of the basis of allotment The Issue Price is Rs. 68 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The Issue price is 6.8 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 220 equity shares and in multiples of 220 equity shares thereafter.
