Initial public issue of up to 85,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited ("The Company" or "The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 153 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 143 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 130.05* crores ("The Issue"). The issue will constitute 33.36% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. *Subject of finalisation of basis of allotment The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The price band is Rs. 153 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each. The floor price is 15.3 times of the face value of equity shares.
