Initial public offering of upto 7,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 180.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 170.00 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 14.04 crores ("Offer"). the offer comprises a fresh issue of up to 4,08,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 7.34 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 3,72,000 equity shares ("Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs. 6.70 crores, by Cyber Media (India) Limited (selling shareholder). This offer includes a reservation of up to 39,200 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.71 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer" of 7,40,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 180.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 170.00 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 13.33 crores . The offer and the net offer shall constitute 26.64% and 25.30%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. Price Band: Rs. 180.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. the face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 18.00 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 800 equity shares and in the multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.
